We provide educational mindfulness and meditation content, including courses, workshops, and audio materials. Content is for personal, non-commercial use. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent as applicable.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, distribute, or resell content without written permission.
• Do not misuse the services, interfere with security, or attempt to access accounts not yours.
• Respect community standards; we may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Purchases and billing

• Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
• Payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not store full card details.
• Refunds: if a course clearly does not match its description, contact us within 14 days for review.

6. Intellectual property

All materials are owned by InnerRoot Studio or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. No license is granted except as expressly provided.

7. Health disclaimer

Our content is educational only and not medical or psychological advice. If you have medical concerns, consult a qualified professional before altering your routine.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerRoot Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the services at any time.
